I understand your frustration. It's not something we can pin down or that works reliably, but sometimes you just know

We're all psychic to some degree

May I humbly suggest you experiment by keeping a dream journal? If you do this I'm pretty sure you'll start noticing that some of your dreams do indeed predict future events

Astrology does seem to me to be one of the more reliable predictors of future themes however even the best people in the industry don't always get it right.

Remote viewing is intriguing. There's an app you can use that gives clear instructions on how to have a go and you draw what you see on your phone screen, it's very interesting and once my partner and I did the remote viewing at the same time and we saw the same shape as each other, even though the app said we chose the wrong target picture, something is going on.

When i was using the remote viewing app daily some odd synchronicities happened, was pretty wild, one day the 6 digit coordinate number on one of the targets was one number different from my car odometer and I noticed it while driving. It might not sound that exciting but what are the odds?

While I agree most people who are stage type mediums or psychics are very good at getting people to reveal things about themselves and make them think it was magic that the psychic knew, or worse they have someone using google glass and telling them about people through their earphone; I've heard that even totally fake performers are often suprised to get occasional unexpected actual psychic insights that are real

I think the universe is alive and wants to play with us, there's a lot of trickster energy out there!

Whelp, oracles etc work.  The cause of most troubles is ones inability to recognize the lies one tells oneself.  Its a discernment issue.  So if you are sitting around, thinking about how to crack a hard nut... Then decide to heave the thing to heaven, yeh.  It'll fall right down on yer head.  Recognizing where you are in the first place goes a long way... to maybe not even needing an oracle in the first place.  But with some recognition and honesty extra information may be obtained.

@ronin I think we can all agree that most people commoditizing psychic predictions are not on the right path. Saying 100% is foolish though.

Although they're not exactly mediums or psychics, do medicine men of the Anishinaabe count in your tirade? They have given us seven predictions over the centuries(8th on deck), collectively called the Seven Fires Prophecies, which have been spot on each time.

You can look into it more on your own, but I'll summarize:

The Anishinaabe people originally lived on the Atlantic shore. A prophet warned them to move west to survive, seeking the place “where the food grows on the water.” So they all(mostly) left and journeyed along the St. Lawrence River, carrying the sacred flame. Before too long, belief in the prophet waned, they grew tired of the journey and settled near Montreal, when a new teacher emerged, urging them to continue their journey. Trusting him, they continued west, settling the shores of Lake Huron, where the people couldn't agree on which path to continue. The nation divided into the Ojibwe, Ottawa, and Potawatomi, who were given different objectives, and later reunited as the Three Fires Confederacy.

At the Third Fire, they found their new home in the wild rice country(food that grows on water), living in harmony with nature. The Fourth Fire brought prophecies about the arrival of light-skinned outsiders, who would say they bring brotherhood but really brought destruction. History revealed their greed and harm to the land, fulfilling the warnings.

The Fifth Fire warned of those who would come among them with black robes and black books, with promises of joy and salvation, if the people turned against their own sacred ways and followed this path, then the people would suffer for many generations. Guess which path they chose?
(Hint: the past couple centuries have marked a time of cultural suppression: forced relocations, boarding schools, and loss of language and spirituality which fractured the people)

The time of the Sixth Fire was marked deeply by grief, as the people’s spiritual and cultural foundations were nearly extinguished. Despite this, a small spark of resilience remained through their enduring spiritual teachings.

The Seventh prophecy speaks of a new generation tasked with a sacred purpose. These people would face the daunting task of retracing their ancestors’ steps, gathering the scattered fragments of their culture—land, language, songs, and teachings—to restore what was lost. Elders say that this is the current era, and it is up to the present generation to rekindle the sacred fire and begin the rebirth of their nation.

The Eighth Fire is up next and is super interesting, two paths are presented, the choice allegedly belongs to the light-skinned people whether or not humanity will continue to follow the black charred path they have created(and forced the rest of the world onto), or revert to the lush green path, picking up that which was lost, seeking the few remaining elders, valuing old ways that have been proven effective, and equally valuing new ways if they can be proven effective.

So...Which path are you going to choose @ronin?
