Finally!! I've been listening to Greg faithfully since 2019. When I heard this episode I was floored. Such amazing, eye opening content. When I heard the backlash he received it motivated me to join. It looks like the closed minded are being weeded out. I'm so excited to start at the beginning and hear all the second hours.
I had the exact same reaction to him at the beginning of the show and my mind kept tuning out. It took me 4 hours to listen to the first 45 minutes! I had to keep rewinding! haha! His manner and voice just triggered me, but I've been seeking long enough to know that if something triggers me then I need to find out why. I am so glad I listened to this show. I can't say that his content triggered me but there were some great nuggets in it. Did anyone else find that his manner seemed to be less antagonistic at the end of the show? I don't know if it was just me or if it really happened, but he seemed to let his guard down a bit and engage in more of a conversation. I really enjoyed this show. It sucks that people unsubscribed. I didn't realize there were so many dogmatic listeners to this show! I've always found it puzzling that Christianity pushes the notion that the Bible is the Word of God and you have to believe the book over your own conscience, your own relationship with God, yet the Bible was translated and not accurately. It makes no sense....I wish we weren't so dependent upon language. I long for the day when we will return to relying on our instinct, our intuition, our gut!

As for the episode, I didn’t take that long to get into it 😄 I just stuck with it. I normally give it 5-10 minutes before I know if a show is worth my time.
