George Wiseman Gas Saver Systems - Where Can I Find A Tech To Install One?

So, as the topic suggest, I’m interested in George Wiseman’s gas saver devices. While I am somewhat handy, I don’t have access to a garage or driveway at the moment and don’t feel like trying to figure this stuff out in a parking lot.

I know George mentioned that there are a lot of people making a living installing his systems. Well… I’m willing to pay, so where do I find these people? Apologies if I missed something obvious from one of the episodes. But if one of you could bring in a reference, I’d greatly appreciate it.
