Right. I agree with the nuance in everything. Like tannins in greens and phytic acid in nuts/seeds. There are ways & ratios to consume most natural foods, but the proper prep & proportion is key. Not just slammin raw kale salads because you're on a diet.
TBH, the whole seed/nut oil scene got to be too much for me and now I just rely on grass fed butter. Moving into lard & tallow territory. But diet change is a big process and takes time.
To be looking for the path is better than not knowing there is one.
