Problems with customer service

Hey Greg, so I have been going back and fourth with your customer service.  I accidentally created an account with my friends email address.  I don’t know how it happened but it did. He actually turned me on to your show.  He is a subscriber and so am I.  Problem is I explained the situation to your customer service and they took away his account now.  This simple situation has taken weeks to try and clear up and they end up deleting my friends account.  After I specifically said I don’t want this to happen.  Please contact me if you can as the CS is very confused to say the least.  Beachtown77@gmail.com
