I have no criticism, just a small suggestion.
I know that you try to put out about 5 shows a month, which is a lot of work, no doubt.
For me though, waiting for the next show to drop can be agonising - not knowing when that will be. Have you given any thought to getting a few shows in front (as a buffer), and then laying down your shows on the regular, rather than when you have one ready to go - it's a little too sporadic for the pro you have become. Every Friday perhaps? Something to "lock in" and look forward to. You get the point.
Absolutely loving your interview style man. You are there enough to draw out the goods when the talk dwindles, or to nail someone down if they are flip flopping around; I really get the feeling you are making your guests accountable - for us. I love it. Peace and love from Melbourne, Australia.
