The blaring, grinding noise jolted the American diplomat from his bed in a Havana hotel. He moved just a few feet, and there was silence. He climbed back into bed. It sounds like it actually creates sound in a small area rather than being psychotronic. I wouldn't really classify the microwaves as psychotronic either, more like nerve stimulation - but I haven't read too deeply into it.
