Hey THC Fam . I just wanted to drop in and let you know : me and my business partner have started doing live instagram shows bi-weekly .

We drink beer , talk shit and do our farm work on our small urban farm here in Canada .  We try to answer as many questions as possible during these 1.5-2 hours shows . 

Do I know everything about growing food ? Fuck no . 

But I know more than most , and I realize the idea can be fairly daunting when you first decide to get dirty .
