I am working on AskDocDoc, which is being rebuilt as a lab test marketplace for the US: https://askdocdoc.com/ . The current website still has older content, so it does not yet show the planned service.
I would like to hear from people building health services about what patients need to know before booking a test. How do you explain what a booking includes and where a doctor’s appointment is still needed?
