What does everyone think about the recent flooding happening in unusual places such as in Death Valley? It has been pretty wet here in Colorado lately and a good amount of inner city flooding on streets.

I think no big deal.
The earth's systems, our near space systems, our galactic system and the universe itself is in a state of constant flux.
Our perspective (through no fault of our own) is puny. Death Valley has been a desert for mellinia... it wasn't always that way.
Our common conciet is we think we know more than we do and try to attach significance to things of which we know very little.
Flooding in Death Valley? Noted. Moving on.
