Reading this now. All about consciousness, noetic science and intelligence interest/coverup/conspiracy related to those subjects. Explicitly mentions Russell Targ, Dean Radin, In-Q-Tel, MK Ultra, Artichoke, Stargate. Interesting subject matter and name drops for a mainstream thriller.

Started to read it as a Dan Brown fan, feels like the boomer version of paranormal phenomena. I didn't care to finish it. Maybe it gets better ? The last one was the worst of Dan Brown books but at least I finished it.
