Yes, I have put a good bit of study into the Notary Art, as it is called.
It's a long series of purifications and prayers done while contemplating a series of diagrams. The goal is to attain contact with various angels who will instruct you in the liberal arts and sciences.
It is actually one of the ancestors of the modern "Solomonic" tradition, and a shortened version of it (minus the diagrams) appears in many versions of the Lesser Key, or Lemegeton.
