Jeremy is passionate about health and well~being. Having overcome the impact of Grand Mal epilepsy in his late teens with the study and practice of Tai Chi and the Macrobiotic approach to harmonising food through its conscious preparation, he was also fascinated to learn what was the most bio-compatible water for his home and family, after many years of searching he found out about the pioneering work of Johann Grander.
