How do plus members share an episode with non-mems?

Specifically, when I click the share button below an episode, It's not likely I'm going to be sharing with a fellow member. It seems though that it's specifically trying to share the plus version. How can I quickly share a link to the non-member version? If this is not a thing, seems like we're missing out on a huge marketing movement.
