Raw meat nutrition

Good afternoon ladies and gentleman,

Ive heard Greg talk about how cooking food actually diminishes its nutritional value and it’s more effective to eat meat raw from unvaccinated animals. I was wondering if there are any books or other resources exploring this topic. Otherwise I’m excited for Greg to eventually write a book on conspiratorial parenting for dummies.
