New Audio Editing Style?

So it seems to me like the last few weeks of episdodes have this wierd audio thing going on where pauses in the conversation have been edited out. This is obviously completely subjective but for me it kind of takes me out of the flow of the conversation, I'd rather listen to a natural 3 hour conversation than a chopped up 2 hour conversation.

Anyway just wanted to put this out there, love the show and the community cheers guys.
