There is a great deal of research that has been done by the Russians on torsion/scalar/chi/orgone/od energy.

Sorry for the horrendous translation of this video, this is a very common issue when researching this material:

The Grebbenikov flying platform is one of my favorite topics in this vein, Grebbenikov was an entomologist who discovered what he called "the hollow cavity effect" and created an antigravity platform based on this effect:

The "Hollow Cavity Effect" has a great deal to do with the reported anomalous / magical / inter-dimensional properties associated with the underworld as the further you go down (and the larger the cavity you are connected to) the greater the flow of torsion / Chi in the area. This would also seem to explain reported phenomena of UFO abductees who are taken into caverns and see that somehow the air itself is luminescent, similar to the effect witnessed by Samuel Clemens while visiting his friend Nikola Tesla's laboratory. In the context of a hollow earth this effect may also be providing a source of power for an internal sun.

Keep in mind in the context of the Hollow Earth, Hollow Cavity Effect, and Chi: The further you went into the Earth the greater the chi flows would be, and there are not just positive, but negative flows of chi.

Oh, by the way, here is the picture that initially grabbed my attention and got me thinking along these lines to research chi, ect.:

Dr. Serge Kernbach, the author of the first link I posted is another person who would be very interesting to interview:
