He was a big shot scientist in the French government for a while. You could even see him on national TV and stuff… Until he started saying things the powers that be didn't like and now he's a "crazy megalomaniac"… You know the drill.
He has a 30+ part series on YouTube about his alternate theory of the Universe (in french though). He also discovered some alternate energy tech that was abandoned by the french government but that Russia picked up and is now using for military purposes apparently. He also has some theory about how the pyramids in Egypt were built. And… He had personal encounters with aliens!
