  1. I keep receiving the same error that I need to update my subscription payment method. I changed it (even though I know it was the same card and method, but it still isn’t working). Hopefully this can be resolved soon. Congrats on the new site!! Thanks. Colleen

  2. I’ve been paid up for the month and went to go listen to a few of the older episodes I have missed and I am only seeing the single hour episodes. It is not giving me any of the plus member content or benefits.

    • Well, your account doesn’t seem to be affected by the access issues a lot of other people are dealing with, but I get the frustration of not seeing the right shows here. I purposefully have not retired the Plus site yet, until this one is 100%. You’ll have to stick with that site for now. Apologies.

  3. Welp, I posted here yesterday describing a billing issue: cannot update payment info and keep getting sent back to this page instead.

    I was cordial and helpful and it has been promptly *deleted* by the admin here.

    Not sure if I want to bother putting in the effort of resuming my plus sub if my comments are going to be scrubbed. You are losing a customer by scrubbing feedback.

    • I’m doing absolutely everything I can. I haven’t deleted any comments except for a few people who’s account I manually fixed and then emailed. It’s the only way I can keep people straight: Fix, and then delete that comment. I have to have a system for dealing with so many people, I’m not trying to hide that we’re having problems. That should be obvious.

      So you should have an email from me, and your account should have access again. If you have any further issues, email is best: thehighersidechats@gmail.com

  4. Hey Greg, Longtime listener and absolutely love the show. Just updated my card info and won’t let me access plus content. I know you’ve been working hard on the site, and it’s no worries on my part. Hope all is well and looking forward to listening to the new shows!

  5. Hi Greg – looks like I’m having similar problems. Mostly that it continues to ask for me to update my payment details. I’ve tried enough times without success that I need some help. The August payment has gone through, but I can’t access the full shows until the payment details on file are recognized.

  6. I need to cancel my account for the time being, I love the show but my finances are a little tight at the moment. How would I do this? I can’t seem to find it on the new page. Thank you

  7. Hey Greg, I received the error saying “You have a problem with one or more of your subscriptions. To prevent any lapses in your subscriptions please visit your Subscriptions page to update them.” Still receiving the same issue after updating the payment method and subscription.

  8. Similar issue! It says my account expired on the 9th. I updated the payment method but that had no effect. I cancelled, and tried to resubscribe but It says I am already subscribed. I tried to resubscribe anyways, but there is no place to input the credit card number. tried to resubscribe again, and I got to this page…..

    I’ve updated my card details but my subscription is still showing as inactive. Any help is appreciated as I miss my THC ear-goodness!
