A good lecture by Dr. Robert Duncan on his knowledge of and involvement in various DARPA technologies for mind control. Some lowlights:
- Dreams can be broadcast and read.
- A "Voice of God" weapon was used in Gulf War I to make Iraqis law down their arms.
- Microchips can store and transfer memories.
- He claims AI is well past the the Turing Test. (This one bothers me the most, personally)
