Shape-shifting
I am posting here to hopefully get some insight from members about a "shape-shifting" phenomena that does not appear to fit into any "conventional" categories with which I am aware, e.g., lizard people, shamanistic, etc.
While my wife and I were seated across a dinner table from my sister-in-law, who we have known for over 40 years, we both observed a temporary transformation of my sister-in-law's head and face. That is, as she was talking about her first meeting with my brother and their early relationship, she turned her head from looking at my brother to us, and as she did, her head and hair become elongated (maybe about 25%) and her skin smooth (she's 65)- essentially looking younger, While my wife and I both experienced this separately and simultaneously, my wife observed a greenish tinge around her face that I did not. This persisted for about a minute (estimated based on the length of her conversation) as she was looking right at us. Then, as she turned back toward my brother, her normal appearance was restored. My wife and I were spellbound while this was happening, and only realized that we had both seen the same thing later when we talked privately about this.
I'm wondering if the emotional state of my sister-in-law may have had something to do with this, but am really at a loss for a context.
This is really interesting. Did it looks like she morphed into a younger version of herself? As in her revisiting of her memories, while reliving the past, resonated so strongly with her that it created either a mental memory overlay of sorts...or possibly an emotional one?
It's making me recall the idea that some hautings are said to be energetic implants on the environment, left over from an event that created intense emotions (often traumatic) on the participant. Maybe the green tinge was part of the emotional overlay - kind of like and aura surrounding the memory?
Either that or maybe she's a shapeshifting alien with green skin from another dimension, walking around in a human suit? 🙂
