Wow! The PMA podcast is hands down the most empowering and hopeful podcast I’ve heard anywhere in a long time. This guest was AMAZING!

A pub about 20 miles from my house lost their licence for being open during covid. I get their newsletter and along the bottom it states this is a private members club.
They have guest speakers every week. This week it is all about local herbs people can use for different ailments. Flu/covid are mentioned on the flyer.
To my shame I have never been as yet but will be attending this talk.
