From the old Nazi film footage from Tibet in the 1930’s. Hard to say exactly what we are seeing but do these look like regular humans to anyone?!?

It looks like costumes to me. Maybe someone in an oversized costume flanked by children?
I enjoy clips like this but I have trouble buying this one as authentic. I never say never but the walking pattern seems like someone in a mascot costume trying to walk. I would think if this were someone real, they would have a more natural walking pattern. I am definitely not an expert on image/video analysis or anything of the sort(not even close), just commenting based on my observation. Have a good one!
