- ET contact: Advanced ETs contacted, watched over, and warned us in the ancient past, i.e. Exodus, the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah, legends of Gods and Goddesses in Chinese and Indian culture. They are beautiful, Nordic and forever young looking, and never age.  Their planet is a paradise to people on Earth.

The author of the book also confirmed the existence of the Grey aliens, whose spacecraft were retrieved by the US military, as confirmed by David Grusch, etc. There are at least 147 species of different ETs in our Milky Way Galaxy

- ET technologies and psychic abilities: Anti-gravity, anti-matter guns in space travel, levitation, telepathy, projecting images, etc.

- Religious implications with the Disclosure: God (the Creator), Jesus & Christ, the Buddha, "the Kingdom of God is within you" as we, creations of the Creator, should look inside for answers.
 
- Ancient civilizations:  Atlantis, Lemuria/Mu existed, and its civilization flourished (money did not exist in their utopian world) until the continents sank into the ocean almost overnight.

- Paranormal and mysteries unveiled: ghosts and spirits, the Great Pyramid, statues on Easter Island, the Bermuda Triangle, auras and the human energy fields, etc.

- Reincarnation: the author visited his past lives in astral form

- US military projects revealed by the ETs: Time machine development, Project West Ford

- Practical implications: real dangers on Earth 1) money 2) politicians 3) journalists and drugs 4) religions, and the importance of collective actions, the power of inertia, and nonviolent resistance to rise up.

The author was "abducted" by benevolent ETs and was informed of the history of earth, ancient civilizations (with ET visits), facts about reincarnation and afterlife, the construction and the purposes of the Great Pyramid, the statues on Easter Island, the Bermuda Triangle, aura and human energy fields, and the stories in the Bible vs. historical facts (how they parted the Sea of Reeds and the true origin of Jesus Christ) from their perspective, etc.
