New member, old school acidhead and researcher.

1. I've been a Greg Carlwood listener for years and a a life story I won't go into except to say I'm a "searcher". I'm extremely ADD and just got around to subscribing, though I literally meant to years ago.
2. This is a bad introduction but I'm asking a favor because I cannot remember a name to search, but I'm almost positive I heard a reference to it here: there was a guy who was into energy research amongst other things. Just a few years ago he was invited to speak at some symposium where fringe academics discuss glfree-ish energy and getting funding (my take). He went off on a rant about the USD being fake and banking systems, then told a story about how he stuck a piece of quartz in a freq generator and put a low voltage DC current through it. At some specific frequency, the crystal made noise, and the DC output was measurably stronger than the input. 
3. He claims he was visited by government agents and threatened within the hour, despite not broadcasting or telling anyone about his discovery.
4. Dude flex to South American shortly afterwards, where he probably lives now 

Wtf is this guy's name already? I'm in a conversation and I can't find it. Google deleted the bulk of my downloads folder last year. I used to be able to find the video of this speech based on his name, but I can't recall it, but I had screenshots saved before. Maybe a Jacob's or David or  something very common?

If anyone knows WTF I'm talking about please respond or DM or whatever.
